Family of five, lousy time. First they offer wifi for free, good luck was there for four nights July 19 to July 23 and nothing, even in the breakfast room right next to the router. Second family of five and everyday asked for enough towls for all of us, most times we got three or four. At best. They offer to take you to the Metro, we booked ahead for the 9am van service, first on the list THREE TIMES and was bumped off for a large travel group of sixteen, for a fourteen passanger van. Repeatedly promised to fix the towels thing, what a joke. Ran us to the Metro once, very sorry we do understand we said we go done the list. Ya the list that the driver writes up off the top of his head. Room wasn't cleaned twice, and no working cable tv. Don't waste your money on this one. PS breakfast is from 7am to 8:30am if your lucky it's not
