Excellently -run facility. The Clarion Inn in College Park, MD is an excellently-run facility with extremely well appointed and well maintained rooms, a courteous and forthcoming staff, eager to please, excellent breakfast facility and a fine pool and recreational area. The business center is most helpful. Special discounts including AARP, AAA/CAA and roomsaver. coupons add to the appeal of this facility, with easy access to Washington, D.C. sites and a convenient, free shuttle to the D.C. Metro. Overall, an outstanding family-owned and run business.

extreamly helpful & friendly. I recently coordinated a large trip for adults to visit our nation's capitol. Since we live in Upstate, NY we have to do everything my phone/email. Fazia and Nancy did a wonderful job accomodating us and were very patient with me. As soon as we arrived Michelle greeted our group with a lovely smile & helpful guidance. Nancy gave me a big hug & assisted us with our rooms. Every staff, from the housekeepers to the management to the security, were extreamly helpful & friendly. The food was great and the complimentary breakfast was mouth watering (belgain waffles!). I will definetely be staying here again whenever I am in the D.C. area. Burger King & 7 Eleven are right across the street, so no need to get lost looking for things. Only 20 minutes from D.C. and you can't beat that! Overall, this hotel had just what our group needed and everyone was happy! Go Fun Dome! P.S. their WiFi is excellent, unlike other hotels where you have to fight to get it connected, ours went on right away! And the huge Magnolia tree was beautiful.

the kids had FUN!!. Most importantly, the kids had FUN!! They loved the indoor pool and mini holes and pool tables. Also, you avoid the hellish DC traffic because you are right off of Rt. 1 which takes you straight into DC. Again, its not much, but when your on the road with teens, and you need a clean, safe place to stay, without many complaints, then this is the hotel for your group.

wonderful and helpful. The front desk was wonderful and helpful, especially Nancy and Punit. Although I was nervous about this group booking, I felt a little more reassured when we arrived. A bonus is that there is a restaurant/bar on the premises, and when the kids fall asleep, the adults have a chance to get in a drink to reward themselves.

hotel was perfect. I travelled here with a group of 40 8th graders and this hotel was perfect. The rooms are basic and clean, and if you request a refrigerator, they accomodate. The setup is perfect because the rooms that face the inside seem to be held for the students, and the outside for guests travelling without children. The lifeguard at the pool was terrifc. He played games and had fun with the kids, while also enforcing rules very swiftly. There is a security guard at night which added a great sense of security. It allowed the chaperones to wind down a little bit before going to bed.

Great place. Great place for the weekend stay. There was lot of rain but they had an indoor pool, so the kids still enjoyed. went for the MD football game and they had a complimentary shuttle to that. So overall a good stay.

one of the best hotels in the area. “This is one of the best hotels in the area with what a traveler looks for in a place to stay. I was impressed with the decor and the fact that free WiFi was available with cable TV and a great breakfast bar with meat!”
