Subtle, Intuitive and Smart. You can go to an acupuncturist and it's so subtle you're not sure that you're even achieving anything. Then later you notice results. Amanda is as subtle and sensitive and effective as acupuncture but the hands on work adds that dimension of touch that I find lacking in acupuncture. Highly recommended. I slept like a baby for a week after our work together. She's also just an incredibly sweet person with very good energy. An athletes massage therapist who really helps. Amanda listens to your issues, and works with you on improving them. She helped me recover from a torn hamstring muscle and a forced long running vacation, to a personal best marathon in Boston 2009.
