Citysearch Editorial Review. Like its sister bar Little Miss Whiskey's on H Street, this North East dive keeps it on the down low--there's no sign or phone number, and the Web site is nearly nonexistent--so that only cool kids in-the-know occupy its worn-in couches to drink malt liquor and bottled beer to old school hip-hop tunes.
