Better Than You'd Think. My first thought upon moving to Arlington over the summer was that this place did business purely on convenience - they'd get away with giving mediocre haircuts by virtue of being located right off of the Court House metro station. I swore never to go, and naturally found myself in one of their chairs shortly thereafter.

If you're looking for frills and sinks and layers and waves and scents and shampoos, this isn't your place. If you're looking for a more than passable basic men's haircut for $17, they've got you covered.
