Citysearch Editorial Review. The Farragut North outpost of this salad and sandwich chain puts a gourmet, eco focus on lunch-time staples. The casual eatery is a brother-sister collaboration between Andrew Swallow--the executive chef who earned his chops at New York's Gramercy Tavern--and Leslie Silverglide, who along with her husband oversees the environmentally sustainable practices. Salads and sandwiches are made to order; nab a sandwich piled high on fresh acme herb bread or opt for a salad, its organic, sustainable and local ingredients tossed in large stainless steel bowls. Dressings and seasonal soups are also freshly prepared in-house. No matter the main course, it all goes nicely with one of the fresh-baked cookies available at the register.
