Citysearch Editorial Review. The U Street Corridor is a hot spot for D.C. nightlife, but this cavernous DJ mecca takes the focus in a different direction. The space was conceptualized by local DJs, so while live bands sometimes take the stage, the spotlight is on those who spin, from local favorites to national legends. Two bars on either side provide plenty of room to order a draft beer or shot of whiskey, but the polished, cork-cushioned dance floor is where it's really at. Take advantage of the high, narrow tables that flank it on both sides, allowing patrons to drink and bust a move at the same time.
