Though this basement level nail salon doesn't offer much in the way of thrills, its under-the-radar status--especially compared to some other area salons with cult-like followings--makes it perfect for walk-in appointments on the cheap. Though below ground, it's plenty bright with several windows and walls painted in cheery primary colors. The small space also features a flat screen TV mounted across from the spa pedicure chairs and racks of polishes from Essie and OPI. Massage services are also offered (choose 30 or 60 minutes) as well as facials and all types of waxing, from lip and eyebrow to bikini, chest and back. What it lacks in luxury it makes up for in friendly staff and detailed work.
