Citysearch Editorial Review.
The Mighty Pint has a straightforward theme: "One pint fits all." At this laid-back bar just below street level in D.C's business district, everything comes in 16- or 22-ounce pint glasses. A lower level bar is brick-lined and cozy, with a bright bay window while the expansive upstairs bar is dance-floor ready. Football, '80s and '90s themed DJs and good specials draw in crowds. Owner Reese Gardner also infuses the place with his Western Pennsylvania heritage (and love of its sports teams): The Mighty Pint is D.C.'s official Penn State alumni watering hole, and it turns into a Steelers enclave on Sundays. The menu also reflects the PA theme from IC Light and Schlitz to the "three rivers" sandwich--Texas toast, fried eggs, kielbasa and pierogies.

Perfect way to end the night.
If you're looking for an upbeat venue to maintain the energy of your night, head to Mighty Pint. The DJ plays every fun song you know - both top 40 and classic rock. The dance floor is packed but not in an overwhelming or obnoxious way. The bartenders also hand out free candy necklaces!
