Terrible Customer Service. I went in for a Brazilian and she told me that most of my hair was too short because she uses sugar. My natural reaction, okay let's reschedule. Like somebody mentioned in a previous review, I couldn't rebook with my LS coupon, which I find ABSURD. I've already paid my $20.00; wouldn't it be more beneficial to build a customer base so she doesn't have to use LivingSocial??

She suggested we try and she could do the best she could, but the hairs along my bikini line would be too short probably. I told her it doesn't make since to get a wax for the beach and not have the bikini line done.

I decided to leave was when she stated that I was wasting too much time talking.

Don't waste YOUR time going here. Obviously, she is not in the business of keeping clients around.

I agree with these points from previous [Yelp!]posts: "you can't reschedule your appointment at all - no matter what", "[phone] line was always busy", "[you do] not even receive some sort of cloth or towel to cover up [your] "lady parts" and when Maria [flings] the door open, [your] business was open for all to see", "so rude [that] [t]here was no way that I was going to...feel comfortable enough to open my legs to such [a] woman", "she will not allow a reschedule and that I will not be allowed to redeem the coupon which I had already paid for.", "LivingSocial was more than helpful in refunding my money", "Maria you should learn how to treat your customers", "With such poor English, bad manners, and zero customer service, I don't care how good she is with waxing, I'm not going to give this loser any of my money"

WORST eyelash extensions ever. Worst experience ever. She smashed a bunch of cheap lashes onto clumps of glue and stuck them ontop of my lashes. This was done so badly that my eye kept getting scratched and she would not call me back or respond to any of my messages. My eyes started swelling. Then the crappy lashes she put on half hazardly came off with my lashes.

What a horrible job and a horrible person.
