During the day, the pool is open to hotel guests only; expect a young, beautiful crowd lounging on fluffy white towels around the modestly sized pool--it's 4 feet, 6 inches at its deepest—and sipping mimosas and rare canned and bottled brews such as Hell or High Watermelon Wheat beer, Dale's Pale Ale and Old Chub. After 6pm, the space transitions into a starlit nightspot where hip locals rub elbows with visiting celebs and business types--all enjoying specialty cocktails and sushi platters from Zentan, the hotel's critically acclaimed restaurant.
