Much lower than you'd expect from a hotel with the Hyatt name on it. Make sure to get a room that already has the A/C working, 'cause they say it takes about 30 min to "get going".

Very nice rooms given the price and location--much nicer than other high-end chains. Conveniently close to Dulles International Airport.
