WOW!. SERIOUSLY, amazing. It's not just a pizza joint, although their pizzas are something else. They have crazy good pizzas, but they have crazy good appetizers & entrees too. 1) Bacon wrapped shrimp and cheddar grits with an anduille BUTTER sauce. It's like a heavenly heart attack. not healthfood, fo sho, but you've gotta try it before you kick the bucket. 2) the crispy salmon, also with cheddar grits and I think some bacon wrapped asparagus, oh and it's topped with crab meat. to die for (probably literally. leave it to this chef to make salmon unhealthy lol). Maybe thos two are too much for one sitting, but they're just the tip of the iceberg here. Go. Now

Pizza Bistro tucked away from tourists. Having been to both matchbox locations I recently fell in love with this Eastern Market location within the past few months. After having visited the Chinatown location on countless occasions I never even realized Matchbox had opened a second location tucked away from the hussle and bussle of the city on 8th street. While still being able to enjoy the delicious food Matchbox has to offer, this location offers a slightly less crowded quieter atmosphere only 1 block from the Eastern Market metro. If you are a fan of Matchbox try both locations!!

Great place for drinks, pizza, dessert and SLIDERS!. This place is fantastic for so many things such as pizza and even tasty little gourmet sliders, but for this moment in time it shall serve as a fantastic dessert spot and possibly a great jumping off point with a martini or other assorted specialty mixed drink. Hands down get the chocolate bread pudding here... ORGASMIC. Nuf said. Just try it and let me know how it goes. Hurry and do it.
