Highly recommended Pest Control!. Russ Termite is a family owned and operated pest control business and that is made evident from the moment you pick up the phone. They are professional exterminators, but truly care about your concerns. They took care of my issue and had constant follow up to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction.They also use safe products which was very extremely important to me, because I have young kids in the house and a dog. I would definitely use Russ Termite again in the future!

BEWARE. I agree with the other reviewer. DO NOT hire Russ Termite and Pest Control. I paid upfront, stupid move on my part, and Kevin never finished the scope of work. The work he did do was crappy, and he would never call me back and come back to our house to finish the job. DO NOT hire him. I had to choose 1 star bc the online form required me too, but he deserves 0 stars.

Be Ware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ALERT. Per the Metropolitan Police Dept. in washington DC, do not do any business with Kevin Russ or his company. He is a criminal and thief. He took mine and another customers money ($500.00) and did not finish the service. He kept telling us that he is coming and never show up or answer our calls. He uses several no's and adresses. Just research yourself. So far I HAVE FOUND 5 NUMBERS AND 4 DIFERENT ADDRESSES. He will come off very educated and knowledgeable. This is his way into your house and to scam you of your money. PLEASE DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS INDIVIDUAL.!! This is a real comment, in spite of what Kevin Russ may respond back. The other nice comments he probably wrote them. PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY!! DO NOT USE THIS THIEF.
