Richard and Braylin responded within hours to a call about a dead mouse somewhere in the house. We couldn't locate the mouse, but they did help remove a snake from the deck that we found while checking the outdoor traps. Both techs were friendly and helpful.

A. Williams and M. Saller came to my house to fix an ant problem we were having. They meticulously looked at every crack and took time to explain everything to me. A few days later, and no ants! They were great!

Rios was very courteous and professional and explained exactly what he was doing and the areas he was treating for specific problems.He explained that if there were any issues before the next scheduled treatment, to call and they would come out to service the problem for free. Recently I was weighing the need to continue my service with Alterra, then came the tech M. Ford, he was very friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing and addressed some concerns he made it easy to decide to continue my Alterra Service. M. Ford was by far the best tech we have seen from Alterra. All the techs have been professional and courteous, but M. Ford broke the mold and made it feel genuine.
