Unresponsive To Customer Inquiries.
Earlier this year, I was visiting Washington D.C. (my former home) to attend a wedding. Somewhere during my trip into town, I lost - or had stolen - my iPhone. Since I had been in a Blue Top Taxi during the period in which my cell phone was lost/stolen, this was one of the companies I called to inquire re whether they had perhaps found my phone. After leaving voice mail messages with the "Lost & Found" dept three times (one of which was directly to the Lost & Found supervisor) & not hearing back, I wrote to the Better Business Bureau to see if they could get a response. I have just been advised by BBB that although they wrote the company twice, they also never received a response. To me there is simply no excuse for management's failure to at least look into & address my inquiry. A frequent visitor to D.C., I will never use this company again.
