The 11-inch pies are hand-tossed and served fresh out of the 800-degree wood-burning brick oven. Flame-blackened crusts come out brimming with fresh ingredients, from bufala mozzarella to San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy. Choose from the list of pizze rosse (with sauce), pizze bianche (without sauce) or panini and small plates, such as the meatballs al forno, which are served with spongy, house-baked bread. RedRocks is a popular spot for outdoor dining, and the casual sidewalk picnic table area is great for people-watching on warm nights, though there can be a long wait.
