Citysearch Editorial Review. From the nightlife experts at Michael Romeo Group, Tattoo Bar is a small, rock-and-roll-themed bar and club on the K Street strip. It's all leather and sex appeal here--young, well-dressed professionals drink and dance to rock, hip-hop and 80s classics in the edgy, modern space. Rock-themed music videos play on a 90-inch plasma screen and seven high-definition TVs, images of larger-than-life tattooed people project onto the walls and a "ghost-rider" motorcycle extends dramatically over the bar. Here, the theme is carried out to the fullest; Crystal Head vodka lines the bar in skull-shaped bottles and the bartenders--voted some of the hottest in D.C.--serve appropriately named signature cocktails, like the Tramp Stamp, Redhead Groupie and The Chopper.
