Happy Hour Everday, and amazing Sliders!.
One of my top 100 things to do in D.C. this summer consisted of trying Vinoteca's famous daily happy hour. I mean happy hour every day of the week, what could be better right? Besides serving amazing wines to Oenophilists in the U Street Corridor, Vinoteca also serves up some delicious food. I am surprised I hadn't heard of their amazing sliders before my visit. From Bison to lamb and even Portabella, these delectable mini treats are served by the twos with a side salad for only $7 during their daily happy hour! A must try with a fresh glass of wine.
Not only is Vinoteca a great place to meet up on a date or with friends, but they also offer an educational aspect as well. Every Tuesday, in their upstairs private room, small groups can participate in a wine tasting and class. Very unique and intimate for any private party.

Citysearch Editorial Review.
This neighborhood wine bar is beloved for its patio and mimosa brunch, but the bistro also serves fare beyond the usual wine bar charcuterie such as fish, house-made gnocchi and pork belly in addition to more than 100 wines from locations around the world.
