This is no way to run a business. If I could possibly give this company less than one star I would. Dealing with the agents at the William C. Smith company has been a miserable experience. I've been trying to view an apartment at one of their properties for the last month. I have left numerous voice-mails and sent numerous e-mails to various people throughout the company to no avail. When on the rare occasion I was able to get someone one the phone they have been woefully unhelpful. No one seems to know anything. I would not wish my experience with these people on anyone.
