Coastal Style with Cheap Eats. This place is adorable. It could easily be located on the North Shore of Hawai'i. Well, maybe not, but you get the point. The food is good but it's more of the casual atmosphere, the rooftop deck, the coronas (or margs) that make it worthwhile. Stroll over in flip flops, grab a beer and a quesadilla and just relax on the rooftop deck while soaking in Glover Park in all its glory.

Great Margaritas and Roof Deck. Surfside is one of my favorite restaurants in DC. It's one of the few places in the city where I've had good fish tacos. I'd recommend the Maui tacos that features their fish of the day, which has always been Mahi Mahi when I've eaten here. All of their food is delicious, but the best part of the restaurant is their roof deck, the ideal locale for a night of margaritas and dinner when the weather is nice! Count on seeing me here whenever I make the trek to Glover Park this spring/summer!
