A Cute Cupcakery in Dupont. Hello Cupcake is definitely a great spot for those cupcake cravings, especially if you're in Dupont/Farragut area. I'm a fan of their carrot cake cupcake and their originals are always solid. But if you're really looking for top-notch cupcakes, Hello Cupcake falls just short. They're certainly better than any grocery store baked good but you can find better in DC elsewhere. I suggest going for one of their select flavors that are made unique to the day. Hello Cupcake is also great if you're a vegan or need a gluten-free dessert, since they're one of the few spots in DC that does offer those options (and are still delicious)!
