Citysearch Editorial Review. This saloon and sports spot--which started in New York City in 1994--has the feel of a grown-up, classier frat bar; singles gather for happy hour and nightly specials on sliders, soups and salads and stay for the DJ late into the evening.

Sports Bar for the Post-College Years Crowd. When I first heard about Blackfinn it was described to me as the McFaddens for the late 20s to 30s crowd. After going there twice I have to admit that might just as well be the perfect description for this bar. The clean sports bar located between Farragut West and McPherson Square offers a sports bar hangout for professionals who are ready to step out of the college bar scene and into something slightly more age appropriate. The fantastic daily and holiday specials keep crowds coming back for more. During the nice weather they also offer outdoor seating.
