I have used VA Tire and Auto for almost 20 years and have been very satisfied. I particularly like their inspection process. I have tried others and always feel that the inspectors are encouraged to find something to push the cost up. I have four cars and always feel that the inspection process is fair and honest with VA Tire and Auto.

Work great, Check in great, driver great. Internal communication,staff did not know of your new appointment system and do not take appointments for allignments. They covered well and I am happy and will be back.

Customer service was friendly, accommodating, and understanding when we needed to purchase only 2 tires for now. The installed the tires in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. It's their good service that keeps us coming back time and time again for everything.

I took our vehicle in for it's yearly inspection and I must say it was quick, which I really appreciated. I must also say you all have one of the cleanest restrooms I have ever seen, especially in an auto repair shop.

I always have great service at Virginia Tire and Auto in Gainesville. I completely trust them to fix my car - I never worry I'm being taken advantage of.

Brought my car in with one flat tire. The folks at VA Tire and Auto of Gainesville fixed it immediately, great customer service, and they honored the coupon to boot! So nice to have a neighborhood service facility one can count on!
