We cordially invite you to join us at The Capital Grille, located in the heart of Friendship Heights. Whether you're celebrating a special anniversary or just stopping by on any old Wednesday, expect to be wined and dined. Our dry aged steaks have earned high praise from the nation's toughest food critics, and our seafood is flown in fresh from both shores. You won't have to travel to the city to enjoy our award-winning collection of over 350 wines.
We hope you will join us to dine on classically prepared fare in an atmosphere that is luxurious and relaxed. It would be our pleasure.
…
Worth a try.
Yes, the price is far too much...especially given the lack of quality.....I've definitely had better steak at Morton's...But honestly, it's worth a try. Great place to take a girl to impress her.
I haven't been to the one of Pennsylvania Ave, but I want to see if it's any better
Too Pricey. My wife and I ate at Caipal Grille because a friend recommended it to us. We were not as impressed as our friend was. Bartender was nice, but we didn't get a name. We finally got a table after waiting 30mins, With a reservation. They were busy, but the quality service and food was lacking. Over priced in every area. Don't get ripped off. You can find better food elsewhere. we even wrote the restaurant and told them about our experience because it was not a good one, no one contacted us. Needless to say, we we not go back to this restaurant. Thanks Capital Grille for taking my money for crap that you call food and service. We always tip 20%, our server did not deserve it. We gave our food to our dog when we got home. We were so disappointed.
Good service, mediocre quality, bad price.
My friend and I ate at the bar where we could watch the nfc championship game. The bartender was friendly, attended to us throughout the evening, and made a few good cocktails.
My tomato/mozzarella salad was good. My steak was undercooked (the bartender agreed the temperature was not close to what I had ordered) and worse, was tasteless. My friend's Oyster appetizer was not served with the appropriate utensils.
I understand they recently opened, but this is the 3rd time I've been to a Capital Grille and will be the last. I'll stick to Mortons / S&W / Ruth Chris if I want that ambiance, and Ray's if I just want taste.
