Wow these guys are pathetic. Is it because it's Hyundai or Bowie? Can't tell. First time at a Hyundai dealership and it's clear these guys cater to a different crowd. Brian Smith and Michael Harrington need to get a grasp on what customer service is. Came in for some intermittent electrical issues on my vehicle under warranty and after a very quick look over they came back and said without proof, they couldn't do anything. I said it was intermittent, they said it didn't matter. I said I took video of it with my cell phone last time it happened, they said it didn't matter. I said a previous repair was done on this exact same issue on this car previously under warranty and it's now reoccurring, they said...... it didn't matter. Not sure how much they heard because I was interrupted each time and I just about lost it and left. They did nothing to attempt to resolve the issue, and just tried to push the problem away. Just because you're back logged doesn't give anyone an excuse to be short with your customers. Hyundai is improving their image dramatically, but it's clear they'll never truly compete with the real brands as long as they have these knuckleheads as employees.
Brian and Lennox worked jointly to provide excellent customer service. Lennox started with an overview of the Sonata class and a quick test drive the night before the sale. Brian started by taking my wife on a test drive and finishing up the deal the next day.
Kevin H. was a great salesperson to deal with. Everyone that I met was friendly, competent, and helpful. I felt like I was in a "small town" dealership where everyone know everyone else - not like I was just someone with a dollar sign tatooed on my forehead (a lot of the bigger area dealers are like that). It was a great experience, I'm extremely happy with my new Elantra Limited and look forward to returning to the dealership for my servicing, etc., even though it is some distance from my home..
I am a first time car buyer at the age of 23 and was really nervous. I had no co signer and make about 26,000 a year so i really needed a bargain. I am so happy that i canme across this dealership. From the moment i got there Lennox went through every nook and cranny of the car to explain safety, features and why it would be good buy. I originally was interested in the Accent but after comparing that car to the Elantra I was sold on the Elantra. Lennox worked with me and my crazy family through scheduling and even pulled a double to make sure my uncle was satisfied with the deal i was getting on the car. After all was said and done i was sold but the great service didnt end there. I had the pleasure of meeting a woman named Terry who took me step by step to find a loan that perfect for me in number of years and in monthly payments
Tyler was extremely helpful! Although, I was indecisive, Tyler was patient, friendly and kind.

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie. A 2011 SanteFe and recently a 2012 Sonata. Both instances were a pleasure.
This dealership emailed a price quote before we ever visited, which was the lowest of any Hyundai dealership we researched. Chris was very friendly and not pushy at all.
