Bad applicance repair. Michelle is the office manager and she can be quite rude. I was given an appointment for today between 8-1:00. I got a phone call at 12:50 saying Robert, the repair man was on his way. It is now 3 hours later and they have still not arrived or called.... I have tried to reach them on both numbers and no one answers.....

BTW I asked for an afternoon appointment and was told NO way. Would you then trust these people with your appliances. NOT a good start.
