Its a treat. Every experience at this salon is a treat and I am always pleased with the results. La-or gives the best facial in town, and I would say that the results are better than treatments that are much more expensive at other salons.

Well maintained. I have been a client of the Permanent Makeup by La-or Salon for over 15 years. The salon is well-maintained and the technicians are very professional and courteous.

Excellent work. I have seen some derogatory information on the internet about a shop in Crystal City owned by La-Or. I would like to go on record to report that I went to some woman in Mclean, Virginia and she charged me twice as much for her work and this woman in Mclean, VA, gave me and eyebrow tattoo which didn't last more than 6months so I had seek out another permanent Eye Make-Up person to fix my eyebrows and eyeliner so found a shop in Crystal City. Not only did the shop (called La-Or) charge half the price that woman in Mclean charged me; but La-Or did such a marvelous job on my eyebrows that many of my friends admire the work when I tell them about my having white eyebrows and that I got my eyebrows and that I got my eyebrows tattooed on. The work that I had done in the Crystal City Shop looked so real and the color of my eyebrows match my hair completely to where my friends were amazed and found it hard to believe that my eyebrows were tattooed on. I give credit to the lady who owns the La-Or shop in the Crystal City. She is or of the nicest person that I've ever met and she does excellent work which has lasted many years.

Great Compliments!. After she designed my brows and I agreed to move forward, she numbed the area and she stayed with me the whole time, chatting and laughing and sharing stories, I felt like I had made a friend. She explained everything to me that she would be doing and how to take care of it. Now, people compliment on how well my eyeliner and brows look since it just looks natural.

Great Selection. My permanent makeup artist was extremely patient with me, going through all the colors until I found one I liked and we worked on the shape of them for a good hour until I was happy. While at the salon, I observed that she was very polite to every customer and generous offering free coffee, cookies and other snacks for all her customers before, During and after the procedure. I went for a little touch up six weeks later. She is as pleasant and as polite as before , took care of it in 10 minutes at no charge. Quality of work and Customer satisfaction seems to be her priority.

I did my research thoroughly because of fear of landing with some inexperienced person and having complications and dissatisfaction since there seems to be several Permanent Makeup Artists in the tri state region (MD, VA and DC) in addition to this being permanent, a lot of research and care and forethought should be given about who one can use. Beautiful professional assistance. I highly recommend La Or Salon. The Salon is accessible with free parking. La Or and her staff are very well qualified and provide excellent service by anyone's standards!

I am especially pleased with permanet eye make up! La Or has experience with permanent eye make up and has alot of expertise. This procedure was almost painless and she performed the work like an artist. I had a good recovery and my eyes are beautiful! what a difference! i wish i had done this sooner!! Although the cost was secondary to experience and skill, i felt that the price was very reasonable.
