I just bought a car there yesterday. From start to finish, they were incredible. The salesman, Rick, was timely in his responses to me, answered my questions directly and without any b.s., and was beyond accommodating. Zero games. From there, the business manager and the finance manager made the entire process a breeze from start to finish. I knew exactly what I wanted, told them, and they didn't play any games to try and push me beyond that an inch.

If you're in the market for a new Toyota vehicle, I highly recommend Rosner Toyota of Stafford. My initial search for a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid through Edmunds rendered numerous dealerships within close proximity up to a 50 mile radius. However, I'm elated that I choose Rosner Toyota of Stafford. Their entire staff (sales team: Sean Davis, Dennis Tinsley to their finance manager: Michael Jordan) are without a doubt the epitome of professional.

Recently I was on a road trip when my alternator decided to stop working. I was in between Raleigh and DC and knew no one. After sensing I had been lied to by an auto repair shop up the road, I pulled into Rosner Toyota as they were closing. Elly Coats, the lane manager in the service department, was preparing to leave when I walked in about to freak out. The service department talked to me about my issue and got a technician to check my car out after they had closed and were ready to go home. They were honest with me, helped me to find accommodations for the night, and when I walked over at 7:15 the next morning Elly was waiting beside my car with a technician from the service department to get the process going. Elly expedited the process to get me back on the road and helped me through everything. The service department and Elly are the epitome of excellent customer service. I cannot express my gratitude at how bearable they made the entire process.

Bought my Tundra in Fredericksburg in August, and I have no complaints. Bout time for my second oil change and cant beat the Rosner rewards, cause I wont have to pay a thing for the oil change, and tire rotation, motor guaranteed for life

From the very second that I walked through the doors of Rosner Toyota of Stafford, I was treated with great care and consideration of my time. The entire purchase; test drive in all, took under 2 1/2 hours. That's unheard of in most cases. So, I encourage you to give this dealership a chance to provide you with the same experience. Believe me -- you won't be disappointed and you won't feel pressured.

Great price on the car - $1200 below
what anyone else could touch. Incredibly responsive customer service. I walked in at 3:30, looked at the car, came back at 5:30 and was out the door with a new car by 6:45.
Awesome. I would go back there in a heartbeat.
