The mechanics here are outstanding. I ride daily, a lot, and when I have taken my bike here, they've done an excellent job on repairs and maintenance and have been friendly.

to the Arlington store (Curtis and Brad) and Roberts at Cannondale: replaced my crash-damaged frame in one week. You guys rock!

This place surprised my low expectations! I rarely give out a 5 star review, but they really went over and beyond in helping me get me and my hubby's bike ready to go.

They installed my new garmin, put on the new Zipps and the new saddle we bought there and even took a second glance over the bike before handing it back to us. The guys there were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very tempted to upgrade my old bike to one of the new bikes I saw in their shop today.... I might have to go back later... :)

Keep these things in mind when/if you go to this shop and you'll have a better understanding what type of bike shop this is and if this bike shop is for you....

If you have a budget of $300 or need a 20 year old beater fixed up... this is probably not the bike shop for you... and try not to feel insulted... they just don't carry those walmart bike specials or have parts for your old clunker... its nothing personal... AND sometimes its just cheaper to just buy a new bike then to pay to fix up an old one...

This shop seems to cater to the HIGHER end clientele of the cycling community.... just from seeing the higher end brand bikes/parts/­accessories they carried... but I don't think that means you can't get a bike for under $1k... just depends what you're looking for...

AND... If u need a BIKE FITTING ... make an appointment... Clovis is patient, knowledgeable and books up quick...

Clovis, It was nice meeting and working with you on Friday. The bike fit experience was great. I rode for a combined 3.5hrs this weekend and my legs felt great. The bike feels like it was built just for me. The pain in my knee is pretty much nonexistent now. I will be back soon with my mountain bike and possibly some minor tweaks to my road bike. Thanks again

If you're looking for components in person, they have a very well stocked display case with parts on hand to check out (pedals, cranksets, drivetrains, etc...)
