I had to sleep on the floor. My reservation was mishandled and they were unable to provide me with a roll in bed. I expected that the Ritz would find a way to get me a bed. I guess not.

An oasis of luxury in close to both the airport and downtown Washington.. The Scene
Located within sight of Washington's National Airport, this swanky hotel sits across the Potomac River on the Virginia side. It offers easy access to public transportation and a bit more peace and quiet than you might find in downtown DC. Within walking distance is an upscale shopping mall complete with a skating rink for entertainment during the winter months. Pentagon City bustles with military and professional workers--don't be surprised to see lots of uniforms and suits wandering around.

The Details
This luxury facility provides peace, comfort and indulgence. Guest rooms and suites are decorated with feather duvet covers, regal furnishings and Italian marble bathrooms with terrycloth robes. While the atmosphere is pure indulgence, they are equipped for corporate visitors with computer and fax hookups, high-speed Internet access and private voice mail.
