I had to write again about these guys. I love them. I've used them three times. The first was to move back home to PA. The second was when my Aunt moved from DC to Northern Virginia. They were pleasant to work with, friendly to my Aunt, and were super careful with my Aunt's curio cabinets and glassware. She collects antiques you see. They treated the items like their own. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism and their ability to make me feel like an old friend as the same time. Truly brilliant service.

I really recommend these guys!. I've used a number of movers in DC and Georgetown Moving is by far my favorite. I've used them twice now and both times Shawn and his assistant have been very friendly and careful with my belongings.This past weekend I hired him to move a few heavy awkward furniture items down three flights of stairs and into our moving truck. They did that in no time flat and then stuck around to move a bunch of boxes and also gave us really good advice on how to arrange and secure our items in the truck. I really recommend these guys!

Georgetown Moving guys were very helpful. These Georgetown Moving guys were very helpful. All I needed was a couch hauled thru a window on my second floor (wouldn't fit any other way), and most moving companies were quoting crazy high numbers or even refusing. These guys quoted me a reasonable flat rate and they were quick to come out, and quick to get the job done. I will definitely use them again. Very good service, a very professional team, and customer service at their offices were attentive, too. Most of the moving companies I called were rude or even talking to me as if I was dumb just because I had the couch issue. These guys took it seriously, and helped.
