I had shopped several dealers, found the car that I wanted, a Maxima with the Sport Package. They had the car, I made an offer over the phone. The Manager, Mr Grimm, said that assuming the cars checked out we had a deal. When I got to the dealership, there were NO SURPRISES! All promises made at time of delivery have been honored in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend the team at Rosner Nissan.

I bought a new 2012 Altima. Will Henry was very knowledgeable about the car. The process was easy and fast. He was excellent and would recommend any body to Will. Once I got out of the finance department, Will helped me take my personal belongings out of my old car and into my new car. I recommeded my friends to this dealer and Will.

I have always been a Honda fan but my
girlfriend really favors Nissans. So I came into the dealership with the feeling that I will just appease my girlfriend and take a test drive, then go buy the Honda that I had my eyes on. Then I met Larry Stepp.
His professionalism and product knowledge exceeded all my expections. He explained the benefits of being a Rosner customer. Long story short, I was so pleased with the
performance of the Nissan, and the customer service I received from Larry and the managers that I did go ahead and lease myself a new Nissan. My girlfriend is also very very happy.

We were not pressured nor were we pushed toward a specific model or style. All follow-on actions were dealt with quickly and thoroughly. Another satisfied customer.

Everyone says buying a car is like doing your taxes or going to the dentist,not very pleasant. My experience at Rosner Nissan in Stafford will make you change your mind about that statement. My salesman Larry Stepp had to be the most professional and knowledgable sales consultant I every dealt with in my life. He was very patient,answered all my questions,he told me the advantages of buying at Rosner. I highly recommend this dealership for your next Nissan purchase,and please ask for Larry Stepp,you won't be disappointed
