Kellys Irish Times Pub is a great place to go if you want a laid-back evening at a bar, where you can feel like you are still going to a college type bar. Its a fun place, where you can just go in jeans and have a few drinks and have a great time.

They are open late I come in for drink or two they are fun and great place to sit and have something to eat. People are very nice and they are are polite. I like it I feel safe here. GREAT people.

When you're tired of getting all dolled up to go to Georgetown and just want a bar where you can be comfortable and unafraid to ash your cigarette on the floor...Times is the place to be. There may be muck on the floor and it may get a little crowded, but just get there early, get a seat at the bar (at the feet of Pete Papageorge if you're lucky) and enjoy a Cheers like atmosphere with super friendly and entertaining bar staff. Beer's cheap...rum and coke comes in a pint glass...what more could you want?

I always have a great time when I go to the Times. Every time I am in DC I go there and it does not matter who I bring with me, we have a blast. I have been giong there for 15 years and it is always fun, the staff makes it so. The Staff has changed over the years but they are the same fun bunch. Looney Tunes is still there, he does not drink as much, but its still lots of fun when he is there.
