Outta' sight Sandwiches for 100 years!

This hole-in-the-wall, directly across the street from the DC Police dept. on NY Ave, has been serving great roast beef sandwiches, carved fresh from the steamship round, for over 100 years!! Really! They also have carved fresh turkey and on Fridays only, a GREAT fresh Ham sandwich on a poppy seed bun. There are a couple of patio tables outside, so this is a carry out place, as the traffic on NY Ave is busy!!

• Pros: really cheap, great snadwiches
• Cons: no parking, neighborhood
