This is the honest truth. People (locals) on the street were far friendlier than the employees at the hotel. From check-in to check-out we encountered 4 employees we wouldn't fire on the spot. 2
were in housekeeping(very nice), 1 worked in the parking garage (helpful), and a waiter that was a pleasure. Everyone else would not be allowed to have contact with the public. A rude hostess, incompetent front desk personnel, food service staff made us want to throw up! Although we didn't have our children with us, Loews touts themselves as family friendly: lousy pool hours, pricy meals, nothing for them to do. Save your money. We were amazed at the people on the street, very nice & helpful. Next time, that's where we will sleep if this place is the only show in town.
