Excellent Parking Availability. I was glad that I was able to park my limo there. Due to some circumstances in my neighborhood at the time, the security you offered was really needed. Always Pleasant. In addition to other things, I appreciated that I was given a reminder of my upcoming payment each month. That feature is very helpful because most of us have so many things going on that it's easy to forget when a bill is due but you don't want your account to become delinquent. Great Place. I was met with excellent service and utter friendliness each time I called to inquire about storage at the facility. When I arrived to get the unit, I met the two ladies I had been dealing with by phone (Kira and Courtnie). They made me feel like a welcome addition to the Westlake Self Storage family. I found out recently I won't need storage as long as I assumed. Having paid in advance but knowing the facility doesn't pro-rate, I called and spoke with Kira about my options. She advised she wasn't authorized to speak on the matter but would have her boss give me a call back. In no time at all, the manager (Euphrenia) got right on the situation. I am incredibly impressed with Westlake Self Storage and recommend them to anyone who is looking for storage or parking.
